Job description
- Preparation of the Expense report of the Plant/Variance Analysis against Budget/Analysis/etc.
- Managing the Internal Audits & Statutory Audit
- Complying with all Statutory Regulations such as GST/Income Tax etc., approvals from various dept. and liaison, Govt. Subsidies & claim application and follow-up
- Taking care of Payables/Receivables/Review of GL/Trial Balance/Month End Process/Internal Control Management
- GRN Invoicing
- Managing the Inter Department Expectations by coordinating with other Departments and achieving the goals of the Plant
- Preparation of MIS for Management – monthly report of Cost per liter, Fixed & Variable Cost, productivity, plant performance, labor cost, power and fuel, factory budget, production and dispatch
- Factory Accounting, validation of bills, vouchers, entries
- Contractors bills finalization
- Cost Benefit analysis / Pay Back period for any projects etc.
- Monitoring over Fund Flow Management
- Involvement in Physical Stock Taking during the year end for RMs/PMs/FGs/stores & spares etc.
- General Administration
- Other commercial work as and when required
