Job description
- Banking and trade finance Assumes complete responsibility for accounts, audit, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, etc., of a foreign subsidiary; Assumes complete responsibility for statutory compliance at Emami – IMD HO Assumes complete responsibility on control, monitoring , payment & MIS of A&P spends at Emami IMD – HO.
- Dealing with banks for collection/ discounting of export bills, taking packing credit & hedging export receivables. Shall be responsible for accounts, audit, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, etc., of a foreign subsidiary.
- Shall be responsible for budgeting, monitoring, controlling, tracking, releasing payments against, generating MIS of A&P spends being made at Emami IMD – HO Shall be responsible for implementation of SAP for tracking A&P spends Shall be responsible for statutory compliances at Emami IMD – HO.
- Shall be responsible for financial co-ordination for different cluster.
