Job description
- Document preliminary observations along with associated evidences on the AMS to generate the draft audit report; draft compliance reports in case of no findings
- Discuss the report with the Audit Manager and make amendments as directed; submit approved report on the AMS
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to elicit responses and track collection of responses from process owners
- Collate and discuss process owners’ response with the Audit Manager and conduct additional investigation(s) or additional meeting(s) with concerned process owners as directed
- Modify the audit report wherever required in close consultation with the Audit Manager until reasonable CAPA plans are obtained for all identified observations
- Track CAPA implementation status vis-à-vis defined plans and highlight deviations to respective process owner and the Audit Manager
- Conduct surprise checks/ scheduled audits as directed and provide assurance on compliance
