Job description
- Assistance with day-to-day support of existing business delivery requirements, in order to ensure timely task delivery. Update existing templates, which facilitate quarterly reporting submissions to AXA Group.
- Build reconciliations for variance reviews to stakeholders, including complex queries related to HFM and Magnitude. Assistance with effort to standardize, automate and improve efficiency of existing processes, through working with Finance & IT teams Engage in discussion with internal stakeholders, to understand requirements and potential areas of improvement.
- Generate ideas for streamlining of existing processes and create efficient long-term solutions. Assist with ongoing and new projects to design efficient reporting solutions, using insights gained by analyzing requirements, existing systems and data flows.
- Solutions for IFRS reporting, regulatory Solvency II reporting in HFM and upcoming IFRS17 projects, to meet Group requirements (Magnitude system). Develop and enhance controls and reconciliations between source and target systems. Maintenance of appropriate supporting documents pertaining to processes, systems and controls. Support with various Integrations & User Acceptance Testing.
