Job description
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.
- Prepare and publish budget vs. expense variance analysis on a monthly basis and identify cost saving & process improvements
- Prepare location wise & product wise profitability and present the same at board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and filing of refinance claims with the regulatory bodies (NHB)
- Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.
- Generate cost center and profit centers
- Track travel limits employee wise quarterly and annually.
- Collate and keep track of a detailed analysis of all expenses on a monthly basis
