Job description

1. Drafts Schedules of Investments, financial statements or Notes to Financials along with supporting tables by entering financial data for mutual funds/ETFs into established templates or on reporting platforms.
2. Provides and requests data and information needed to complete the fund reports.
3. Conducts self-reviews to ensure reports do not have straightforward errors.
4. Investigates errors and reaches out to appropriate team members to obtain needed information.
5. Maintains records relating to assigned entities of a complex nature in accordance with department policies and procedures and the applicable Corporate and any applicable regulatory standards.
6. Assists in developing processes to improve record management to maintain information and data needed for reports, improving team efficiency.
