Job description
• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data
to inform decision making
• Coordinating with several teams and providing closure to data inaccuracies and publish
correct numbers.
• Sharp aptitude and excellent numerical acumen; ability to sift through large volumes of
data
• Performing calculations and statistical analysis on margins, revenue, Inventory, indirect
and direct Spend
• Collecting operational data, monitor variances, identify trends
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports & share that with respective authorities.
• Well-versed with MS Excel, MS Access, and Google sheets workings.
• Handling large data and responsible for the creation of dashboards.
• Creating Macros for daily repetition of work.
• Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Extraction and mining of raw data from the source. Database crunching and converting
them to useful information.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
