- Books Hygiene as per MDM Activity Banking a/c’s /DPR/ GRN/ SES/ Advances/ Deposits/ Purchase Order/Services Order etc.
- Accurate & Timely Vendor Payment/ BG maintenance
- Vendor balance confirmation Advance Down payment Request & Old retention Checking
- Vendor Ledgers Reconciliations
- Master Data Creation- Create New Cost Center – Profit Center and WBS (work break down structure), IO (internal order) for requirements of departments as well as ongoing Projects. With the help of MDG Tools
- Support to monthly MIS- Capex/Opex Actual V/s Budget, FP & A MIS,
- Customer Refund checking & processing update MIS,
- Creditors Ageing & Debtors Ageing
- Salary Capitalization,
- Monthly GL Exp. Scrutiny & Provisions, Statutory Compliance (PF-ESIC-Tax)
- Support to Finalization of Audit
- Update MIS on Infrastructures for existing & New GA’s
