Job description
- Act as a business partner to the client’s operations.
- Work with teams and drive financial discipline and processes
- Acts as a running source of truth for numbers for clients– Key financial metrics and performance drivers.
- Interpret data, order and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders concisely.
- Publish financial dashboards at regular intervals to the management team
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
- Tracking of sales performance against set targets and provide periodical updates to business and guide the team towards achievement of set sales targets.
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimisation.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- And any other work the company may assign from time to time.
