The purpose of the Customer Finance Business Partner is to co-develop innovative product and service solutions for our customers: laboratories and hospitals. In close collaboration with your multidisciplinary customer team and based on your in-depth financial knowledge, you contribute to creating the optimal solution for the customer s request, as well as developing new business models that fulfill customers needs and are beneficial to our company. This will also involve building networks across our international Roche organization to drive transformational business initiatives.
Your work strongly contributes to the companys objective to be effective and efficient in our core business, deliver comprehensive customer solutions with medical value and to excel in a valuable customer experience.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include:
- Act as an innovative financial business partner with an entrepreneurial mindset – for our customers and for your colleagues
- Work hand in hand with Customer Finance Experts to oversee and further build on our customer portfolio
- Translate customer needs and vision into a strong long term customer relation, from a financial perspective while understanding strategic priorities of Roche
- Help strengthen the market position, adoption, representation and overall success of all our products and services
- Participate actively in cross-functional teams to jointly create a valuable customer experience

This is the kind of expertise and experience you bring:
- HBO or master degree in Finance
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch English
- Commercial experience in strategic projects
- Affinity with medical or pharma industry
- Preferably: knowledge of healthcare finances / financing of hospitals
