Job description
- The candidate will be part of the Investment Risk Monitoring business in India and will be responsible for operations management
- Investment Risk Monitoring services including sales audit, escrow account monitoring, project monitoring (including sales review, expense review, accounts tracking/ reconciliations)
- The above services are offered in the areas of REAL ESTATE – Residential, Commercial projects, IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Townships, SEZs, Hospitals, etc.
