Job description
- Developing and maintaining relationships & coordinating with Corporate clients Developing and maintaining relationships & coordinating with Stress Funds / Sovereign Funds / Strategic Investor (sector agnostic) for sale of stressed portfolio of various Banks
- Develop Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow identifying the best possible Debt Resolution under RBI regulations
- Candidate should have domain knowledge of all the past regulations of RBI including Corporate Deep Restructuring (CDR), 5/25 Scheme, Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), Outside SDR & Scheme for Sustainable Structuring of Stressed Asset (S4A) Candidate should have knowledge of all the latest RBI restructuring regulation Develop Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow identifying the best possible Debt Resolution under RBI regulations
- Preparation of Proposed Debt Resolution Plan, Information Memorandum (IM) to establish the viability of the Company operation’s after implementation of the proposed Debt Resolution Plan
- Coordinating with various Agencies including TEV, Forensic, Valuation, Legal etc for formulation of Resolution propositions and with the Joint Lender Forum (JLF) / Independent Evaluation Committee (IEC) / Overseeing Committee (OC) for the approval of plan and its implementation
