Job description:
- Responsible for operational control and overall management of Cash application team including 25 India-based individuals. · Manage daily cash application of payments made to several lockboxes. · Responsible for ensuring Cash application team is adhering to internal controls. ·
- Responsible for the delivery, accuracy, and quality of all financial activity conducted within Cash application team and for delivery of data and information. · Provide daily management and leadership to the Cash applications group, ensuring that staff is adhering to the departmental procedures.
- Develop innovative and industry leading features and products that uniquely serve Cash App’s customers and differentiate via design and clever applications of data. · Develop and monitor the key performance indicators for cash applications group.
- This role manages the KPI and various report each period and oversees the period close process and meet the unapplied % and DSO targets. · The role must perform other job-related duties as assigned.
