Job description
- Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
- Reviewing Journal Entries posted by multiple business units
- Analysis and keep track of different types of Accrual and their reversal
- System administration for Cost Center & Hierarchy Creation/Edit/Activate/Deactivate
- Maintain schedule for Prepayments
- Posting Interface entries into SAP
- Preform various UAT for any changes / Addition in SAP
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations
- Work as a team member to achieve Service Level Agreement for the process and individual targets
- Focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work
- Work towards process improvement activities
