Job description

1. Preparation of TP Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of: Indian TP Regulations and OECD Guidelines
2. Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely AceTP, PROWESS and CAPITALINE
3. Preparing TP Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis and Benchmarking, Analyzing the Annual reports of the companies and preparing Qualitative Analysis sheet; Drafting TP studies to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation
4. Computation of margins from databases as well as Annual reports
5. Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB, populating the Form 3CEB and verifying the supporting documentation for the international transactions as part of the transfer pricing audit
6. Assisting in assessment related work before transfer pricing officer
