Job description
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support to meet cost objectives.
- Liaise with different teams to coordinate for required information and to support them with financial analysis inputs on different scenarios.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, to support leadership team to understand and drive the cost management.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts to explain the key variance drivers.
- Analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; understand proposed changes and give a perspective to facilitate leadership for decision making.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Proactive and professional communication on different interactions with the leadership team.
- To drive simplification / standardization initiatives across accounting & reporting team for bringing up the value addition to the process.
