Job description
- To ensure that cash collections for the day are deposited in the bank on the immediate following day
- To obtain daily revenue figures of IP,OP,& Pharmacy collection & the Daily Deposits.
- Calculation of Doctors fee payable every month and release of payments every month
- To prepare and provide all the input data for MIS reports
- Co-coordinating with bank for daily remittance.
- Sending weekly sales and outstanding report to International Marketing
- To complete the statutory Audit and tax Audit within the specified time in co-ordination with the Auditor
- Compiling audit data, solving audit queries
- Preparation of Sales flash by 1st Morning 9 am every month
- Collection of bills from all the departments
- Preparation of cheques
- Cheque payments to all the vendors and to internal departments
- Documentation of payment vouchers
