HCL Technologies (HCL) on Monday announced special one time bonus worth over 700 crore to its employees.
The special bonus is announced as the appreciation to its employees as the company has crossed the milestone of $10-billion in revenues for 2020.
The company called the milestone ‘historic’ as it comes just 20 years after HCL’s IPO. It acknowledged employees’ consistent achievements, long-term relationships with leading companies and its network partners and stakeholders.
About Special bonus
The special bonus will be paid to employees in February, amounting to approximately $90 million plus payroll taxes in some countries.
Eligibility for bonus
As per a statement from the company, all employees with one year of service or greater will receive a bonus, that is equivalent of 10 days’ salary.
