Job description
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, business & financial planning and analysis, Management reporting
- Ability to analyze the cost, seek justifications for variances, put in the parameters for cost control & work with the operating teams on cost effectiveness
- Understand & lay down processes, define financial policies & procedure to drive financial discipline within the operating units
- Desired hands on experience across, finance, treasury, fund management, variance analysis, MIS reporting etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work & assist senior management/ CEO/CFO/Board of Directors.
- Capable of developing strategic road map of finance function as part of the company’s extended leadership team.
- To prepare special purpose & project MIS and maintain the data, generating the Reports as per the directives & specific purpose defined by the management.
- Experience in forecasting revenue & working on Sustainability analysis, Sensitivity Analysis & Financial Modelling
- Professional experience with a global MNC, large Indian corporate, top university, large educational institution
- Ability to work with senior management, assist the CEOS, CFOS and the Board of Directors
