Job description:
- Manage annual and growth rebate structures. Drive continued evolution and measurement of rebate effectiveness.
- Support the weekly sales commitment process and actively participate in SIOP process to improve forecast accuracy.
- Improve Sales reporting and wall to wall margin analytics and provide commercial organization insights to improve margin.
- Create strong MOS to reviewdeep dive monthly into functional cost deep dive with functional leader to reduceleaders and support fixed cost reduction projects.
- Responsible for preparing weekly SRO and to meet all forecast and AOP requirements.
- Closely work with controllership and GFC to close the period and to submit any business relates journal vouchers. Ensure full compliance to all Honeywell policies.
- Independently drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive productivity and reduce working capital
- Closely supports General Manager, Finance Business Partner, Sales Manager/Leader Fire & Security business executing on sales quota commitments and growth targets.
