Job description
- This position will partner extensively with HPS Finance team AND will be aligned to BAP (FP&A) – Honeywell Global Finance Centre. The candidate will report to Sr Finance Supervisor, FP&A this role will be based out of Bangalore, India. Overall 3+ years of strong FP&A experience and good understanding of – Oracle Hyperion Essbase / Planning / HFM/ SmartView.
- Additional knowledge of HW Source systems Thorough understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes Passionate about learning new tools & technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; handling user issues Knowledge of ETL tools & Programming languages (VBA,SQL etc.) will be an added skill Basic Knowledge of databases and data warehouse concepts
- Ability to mentor and up-skill junior team members to support and administer end-user community Must be a quick learnerAdditional Skills: Good interpersonal & competent analytical skills Proven teammate to deliver vital requirements on time. Ability to work through obstacles under complicated circumstances
