Job description
- All deals are checked accurately at first level within FIM defined deadlines.
- Ensuring the appropriateness of the underlying for the structured deal with the corporate at the first level
- Ensuring regulatory/internal compliance like regulatory eligibility to trade, master agreement execution, etc at the time of approving the deal at first level
- Engaging with offshore team involved in processing of trades and resolving their queries, if any
- Ensuring timely and accurate capture of brokerage transactions.
- Reconciling the deals booked in multiple systems like Murex / Summit and TREATS.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of service tax for Fx – including generation of bills, reconciling and following up for counterparty bills.
- Act as a back up to the other desks as and when required
