Job description
- •To carry out Audits of Departments inside the factory • To prepare individual Audit Plan with detailed Audit schedule before every Audit
- • To collect, review & analyze Data / Information obtained from Auditee Departments • To obtain Evidence for control lapses/ problems
- • To discuss about control lapses with Auditee & others • To prepare Draft Audit Report by giving suitable Countermeasures / Recommendations
- • To do Auditee Presentation & Follow-up for feedback • To prepare Final Audit Report and Follow-up on Countermeasure implementation status • To co-ordinate with IT department and get relevant information from SAP database
- • To take up Special Audit Assignments, collect Evidence & prepare Audit Report • To co-ordinate with HMC Audit Team whenever required • To co-ordinate with External Audit Firm during Outsourced Audit Assignments
