Job description
- Perform financial and MIS related activities in a timely manner
- Manage day to day operations to ensure the processes are executed within agreed SLAs
- Understanding for Treasury (Fixed income and off balance sheet) and WB products (such as Coporate lending, WCDL / CCOD, etc includes funded plus non funded products)Â and other adhoc activities
- Analytical review of the Financials / Management reporting for decision making (monthly packs, budgeting & forecasting activities for Treasury (FX + Derivatives + Fixed income and consolidation)
- Along with product knowledge, requisite regulatory and market understanding is key for the role
- Undertake regular self-assessments to ensure all new risks are actively managed and mitigated
- Work closely with Technology to ensure that systems are developed to accommodate regulatory requirements and process improvements. To drive automation projects which are critical at wholesale and treasury level
- Ensure all operational documentation is maintained and is best in class
- Ensure financial and accounting reports are prepared in accordance to bank/regulatory rules and regulations
- Maintain the MIS parameters as per set guidelines and identify process improvements to streamline date collection and report generation processes
- Maintain accurate financial data and reports for submission to senior management
- Maintain funds transfer pricing process to measure the performance of different business units of the bank
- Address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analytical review of the Financials / Management reporting for decision making
- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Keep abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets
