Job description
- Managing team b) Single point of contact for Client (for Operational issues) c) Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements d) Identify and execute transformation projects e) Acting as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
- Understanding of process controls g) Ensure quality of the deliverables h) Process SLA monitoring and reporting (Skill set in excel) i) Mothly report and dashboard preparation.Optional: Preferbly Green Belt Cretified / Trained
