Job description
- Ensure correct processing of accounting transaction on SAP ERP
- Ensuring compliance to laid down SOPs, polices, guidelines (CASP / DASP / Corporate Governance)
- In-depth understanding of various cost heads and relationship of activity and correct allocation into various cost centers / cost heads
- Preparation of audit schedules Accounts Payable, Inventory related reconciliation, Provision for Expenses, Payables, Analysis of expense
- Assisting the Finance Superintendent / Reporting Manager in compliance to laid down SOPs, polices, guidelines (CASP / DASP / Corporate Governance)
- Assisting the Finance Superintendent / Reporting Manager in maintaining the hygiene of the books
- Assist in resolution of vendor disputes and vendor account reconciliation
- Timely processing of Vendor bill payments
- Ensuring GST compliances by the vendor
- Accounting for inter-divisional transactions
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Creation of documentation w.r.t.Scrap Sales
- Explaining accounting transactions to Statutory Auditors
