Job description:
- Proactive review of performance against the target and identify trends to highlight risks and opportunities for early intervention. Improve forecast accuracy (P&L, BS and CF)
- Drive the business plan process, including preparing presentations to Supply Chain and Business Unit management.
- Partner with commercial, market access and BD team to provide financial analysis to support new product launches and new business development opportunities. Ensure prudent pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with commercial and finance team to ensure timely and qualitative submission for reporting and reviews.
- Ensure proactive and effective business controls. Maintain strong financial compliance: Own BUF controls for JJMI India and partner with GS, COE and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with Company and local statutory, SOX requirements.
- Initiate and drive simplification and innovation.
- Lead and drive critical projects.
- Champion talent for finance and play active role in Controller’s council. Strengthen talent pipeline and enhance business partnering capabilities
