JOB DESCRIPTION
Incumbent will be part of Trade Services team of IMOS (Investment Middle Office Services) and will be responsible for clearing the trade exceptions for Securities, flawless delivery of process, completion of change management process & suggest process improvements. The candidate must have sound knowledge and experience in trade life cycle of securities transactions (Equities, Fixed Income, etc). Knowledge of trade-life cycle for ETD and/or OTC instruments would be beneficial.Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:
- Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
- BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI’s & KRI’s and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items
- Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained with partner locations
- Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
- Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
- The role/ position would require the candidate to work in EMEA UK shift
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
- Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
- Client focused and Good time management skills
- An appreciation of risk and quality issue,Control Oriented
- Proactive, positive approach, Problem solving skills
- Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly and Ability to work independently
