Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, has appointed Sudharshan KR as its Chief Projects Officer (CPO).
Role and Responsibilities
Sudharshan will oversee the construction of all Mahindra Lifespaces projects across India.
He will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across the project construction lifecycle to improve execution efficiency and strengthen business performance.
Experience
Sudharshan has over 21 years’ experience in the construction of residential and commercial projects.
He has extensive exposure across a gamut of areas including end-to-end Project Management, Vendor Development Management, Client Relationship, Planning & Scheduling and Resource Optimization.
