Job description:
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Product, GBSC, etc., to develop analytical toolkit that drives efficiency on issue detection for key initiatives and focuses across corporate and regions
- Conduct rigorous data analysis from database of MCBS, MyMPA, Enterprise Reporting, Data Warehouse, etc. to identify, research, and resolve revenue leakage; synthesize findings into actional insights and recommendations
- Support the development of billing efficiencies and facilitate implementation of process improvements that minimize the risk of revenue leakage and reduce manual processes
- Ensure revenues are collected as a result of revenue assurance initiatives
