Job Description:
This applications analyst is to provide development and production support for various applications used for Neovia Corporate Finance functions. The Newgen Document Management system is the primary application, and other applications include SAP Fiori and the Innovapptive asset management and workflow mobility applications. The analyst will work with a regional and global SAP application team and other IT process partners to understand, optimize, enhance and support Neovias business processes.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Application development and global production support for Newgen OmniScan, OmniFlow, and OmniDocs
- Application configuration and production support for SAP Fiori and Innovapptive applications
- Application support for other Finance applications and integrations
- Level 2 Tier support and Escalations resolution management for these applications
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for monitoring & tracking
- Product Training for the Finance team and other users
- Project Planning and Implementation for new applications
- Implement product updates and configuration changes
- Production Server management, gap analysis, and trouble shooting
- Champion processes & methodology standard changes, and promote ongoing process improvements.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or Accounting with related work experience.
- 3 years’ experience with configuration, design & implementation of Newgen OmniFlow
- Demonstrated high quality oral and written communication skills with ability to build good working relationships with all personnel.
- Ability to successfully interact with senior management, business owners, external suppliers and technical staff.
- Organize and prioritize workload and function independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in process analysis, configuration, writing functional specs, testing, documentation, training, and delivering end user support.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivator with good organizational and time management skills.
- Experienced Excel, PowerPoint and Word user.
- Experience of working within a matrix reporting environment
