Job description
- Track monthly actuals vs budget and provide reconciliation on variances after clarifying with budget owners
- Do periodic hard close activities to ensure no quarter-end surprises on spends
- Enter budget into budget tool every month within the stipulated timelines after aligning budget owners
- Coordinate with budget owners to support the annual budgeting process for the year
- Ongoing refinement of financial reporting and analysis tools to improve business processes
- Provide full support for all audit engagements on marketing spend pools with both internal and external auditors, as needed
