Job description
- Implement group risk and compliance framework. Work closely with CXOs for risk identification & mitigation
- Keeping business leadership abreast of various compliance and tax implications on a continuing basis
- Working closely with multiple teams and design tax compliant processes
- Ensuring adherence with all compliances under the GST laws
- Analysis of transactional data for highlighting key tax risks and exceptions, and build in process to reduce and mitigate exceptions
- Analyze the impact of tax law amendment and update the stake holders and follow-up for the changes to be implemented for amended tax laws in coordination with group tax team
- Be well versed with compliance and taxation requirement pertaining to retail and eCommerce business
