Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) has inked an authoritative consent to contribute (either without anyone else or potentially through its subsidiaries) in couturiers Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (AJSK) for a 51 percent larger part stake.
The essential association is pointed toward speeding up the 35-year-old couture house’s development plans in India and across the globe, Reliance Brands said in an explanation.
