Job Role or Description
- Efficiently preparing Information Memorandum and Financial Model to estimate the Capex & Opex requirements, equity & project IRR, IDC, DSCR, DSRA etc.
- Coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutions , both on-shore and off-shore, for credit appraisal, assessment of loan proposals and preparing credit notes for sanction of debt for various power projects
- Negotiation of term sheets and executing financing documents
- Working capital financing including analysis of working capital requirement, preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement
