Job description:
- Monthly close of books of accounts including ledger scrutiny and monthly review of account reconciliation and journal entries
- Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS reports, explanations of variances and recommendations to management, where necessary.
- Preparation of monthly budgetary cash flow and to review the actual. – Preparation of monthly expense accruals to support the monthly close process.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements of the company. – Responsible for all accounting activities and compliance with statutory requirements
- Analysis of budget report to validate projections vs actuals to ensure fund availability.
- Handling applicable audits such as Statutory Audits, Income Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, VAT Audits, Internal Audits & Cost Audits.
- Preparation of Balance sheet – Analysis of monthly Financial statement through various accounting ratios.
