Job description:
- Proficient and Experienced in F&A Service Delivery Operations supporting Global customers across timezones.
- Have led the transition from different onshore location, namely NA, EU, UK & Australia, etc.
- Have an understanding in leading teams the area of Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Management, Accounts Receivables, Record to Report
- Has a good understanding of Finance Control and ensure any risks are highlighted in advance or have a mitigation plan to avoid any financial exposure
- Need to be hands-on and be able to lead by example
- Set up suitable Internal Control and quality check by ascertaining the critical process and where there could be financial exposure
- Ability to have a process related detailed discussions with business and ability to highlight process change requests or call out the risk of not changing the process
- Has the experience to drive process transformation through tool implementation and automation to gain efficiency and effectiveness of the process
