Job description

1. Mandatory- Candidates preferred from- Deloitte, KPMG, American Express, Ernst &Young. (Candidates must have worked in the above mentioned company in past or currently working with).
2. Preparing tax work papers for calculation of taxable income for group companies, subsidiaries and partners.
3. Review of Federal Partnership and corporate Tax Returns along with State filings and K-1s review for investors.
4. Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax estimates
5. Interface with tax team in different domiciles
